The webam is back up- or more accurately, a different webcam is up. The view now is the interior of the building.

Looks like the "floor" right now is covered with steel reinforcing mesh, which means they are close to a pour of the concrete floor. There's already a smaller pad in, which we saw being put in earlier before the walls went up. It was poured in a hole, so it's probably a thicker pad where a piece of heavy machinery will go.
