I dont mean to spoil the party, but if I might say, I've been waiting 2 years for these guys to turn this pile of dirt into a golden goose. I would love to think all is well, and we will be producing dore before spring, but my gut(and past performance) says that when you make a big deal about hiring a plant manager who won;t be stqrting for a month, the timetable is in for another "adjustment". It seems to me, that if he does actually begin working on Jan15, the new manager will have to hire a qualified plant staff, supervise the installation of the equipment, and train the staff, and test the equipment and and and and. With the history of this company for proficiency and efficiency, and looking into the looking glass, I predict june, or July before we have any recognized income from the "pay dirt". I don;t want to get my or any other potential investors hopes up that with the current leadership we will see any rewards for our patience before then.
