Message: I remain very optimistic here

DC,

I think the biggest concern going forward is dilution of the stock. I will not be surprised if the share total is now in the 100million to 120 million range.... in fact, that is what I am expecting How was/is the 20 acre parcel being paid for ($200K)? Are the work crews being paid in cash or stock.......my guess, stock. I think once we get off the pinks there will be funding available. War Eagle Mountain has too much potential to be ignored.....no doubt there are some "deep pockets" with their eyes on this project, but understandably won't get involved until SFMI is "fully reporting. Same thing for potential shareholders........many following the company.....just not willing to buy stock the stock until they start "reporting". Dilution is bad for all of us shareholders, but realistically that is what it is going to take to move this company forward. There are lots of "non-producing" PM co's out there with over 150 million shares, that are trading over 40 cents......with assets that don't compare to the potential to WEM.

The other obvious concern is management......so far I am less than impressed. Will they be smart enough to bring in the type of people that will make this project go....or will PQ continue to run a "poorboy" operation, thinking he can do it all himself,

The company truly has a compelling story to tell.......the assets on WEM are for real......our timing for production could be perfect, with gold about to go through the $1000 per oz. But no serious money is going to come into this company until we are off the "pinks" and construction on the mill has started. Throw in some stunning geologist reports..... and this company will be off to the races! Unfortunately, so far, it has been all hot air and broken promises from management. If SFMI gives the invest community some real concrete information to sink their teeth in.....we will have a winner! It sure has been a hell of ride so far, but I must admit I am more excited than ever about this company.
