Thanks for sharing your DD. It is good to have people visiting the property. The property was purchased (closed) on July 6th, I believe. Rich says 30 days is about what to expect for the title or deed to arrive. So we might have a few more weeks of waiting for the filing. Ah well, I'll be buying at 025 or lower...
