The other boards have postings that are in direct contradiction to what I read here and in the official releases by SFMI. Either there are permits or there aren't, either they are installing a tin layer in the roof or they aren't, either the mill installation is nearing completion or it isn't, either a lot of activity is taking place or there has been nothing going on for months. Someone is not being honest, and the question is whether to believe an anonymous poster(s) on a message board or the company's press releases. I choose to believe the company's press releases (somebody is in a lot of legal trouble if they are not substantively true), although I have learned to take their time frame with a grain of salt. Once you assume the company is basically telling the truth, it becomes fairly easy to tell the difference between posters with genuine information, and those either making stuff up or lacking the full picture. It makes reading the other boards a bit less troubling.

As for my June 19 pps prediction- I would guess your choice of such an imminent date along with your 0.22 price means that you expect (know?) something significant will happen by then. My prediction is a return to the one year high of 0.16. I hope your prediction is closer!
