Someone dumped over 1.2m (or maybe just .6m) shares at the bid in the last half hour of trading. Maybe this person (?) doesn't understand how things work in a fairly illiquid stock, needed cash quickly, or simply wanted to get out of SFMI by the end of the day. Maybe just a trader taking profits from the last few days? A good trader should know to spread out their sales, though. Another possibility is a shorter trying to scare up cheaper shares.
