I just bought 10500 shares of SFMI. I was monitoring time and sales as I did. Immediately TWO separate sales of 10500 shares appeared at the identical time. Looking back, the previous six sales also were in groups of two identical numbers of shares at the exact same time. Seven (and counting) more pairs of sales have since occured. I haven't seen this type of action occur so consistently. I don't have level II access, so I don't know who the mm was in each case. Is this one market maker buying from another (or moving shares between accounts) to make the sale? If so, then the apparent volume is actually twice the real volume for these sales. Which means that any movement that has occured has happened on half the "reported" volume.
