This was posted on another board. Doesn't make sense from what I have heard. Anyone care to clarify?

A peer of mine was in Melba today, and spoke to City Hall there where he received the same info I received when I visited several weeks ago. According to the person he spoke to, there has been no contact between the company and the City of Melba since they were told to fix the issues with the mill in the fall/winter of 2008.

Also, the building looks the same as it did when I visited: all equipment outside, building locked up, no one around.

So it doesn't appear as if anything has changed in regards to getting any ore processed.
