Thanks for the observations, LongSFMI. It's great to have someone posting who has direct knowledge of the situation. Do you know what the state of things is now? I have seen a few comments about permits and changes to meet code. Are these things that can be easily corrected, or do they have to start some process all over?

I agree the stock should be much higher, but I wouldn't even try to assign a specific value. It's enough to know that it's certainly a (large) multiple of the present price.

I also agree with your observations on the news releases. In some ways they were too specific, allowing the bashers to pounce if a stated deadline is missed. This might have also made management a bit gunshy. I'd like to see more releases, and wouldn't mind if they were a bit less specific.
