These plays in Tanzania and a few other places in Africa Are basically following up on the gold that went to Egypt etc.. in biblical times. The way the gold was mined thousands of years ago, it is still mined the same way.

The first time I witnessed this visually was on the Discovery channel. The holes are approx 2 feet across. Just big enough for the skinny guy in the family. They lower him down on a rope, he fills a bucket with dirt, they yard it back up and then the people I saw panned the dirt from the pail while his partner poured water periodically from a jug. I saw a wide angle of the area and it looked like swiss cheese with a family at each hole. The holes, it seemed to me are around 50 feet deep. Not sure though.

The reason I laid this out is because from then on, every time I see the holes I know that there is gold there. I saw this with CAN and others. Now SD has these locals which is a gaurantee that there is gold.
