Finally called Mr. Alawas yesterday afternoon.

Person that answered could offer no definate news on 43 - 101 contents, but did confirm that the 43 -101 has been filed and expecting to issue a NR either later this week or mid week.

I was promised an email with news.Will post what I receive.
