They needed $12,000 for some expenses or purchase- I don't see this as a big deal. With options, warrants etc, the insiders are never far away from a well priced sweetener and we will see that as this stcik starts to rise and some PP's are used to help cover exploration expenses.
This is definitely an accumulate and hold stock for the coming year...
