Sidon has filed everything with the exchange as per news release last Friday--June 11th.

I posted a copy of the email posted earlier by a shareholder in the last paragraph of my last post.

All we need now is to hear from Sidon on the approval.

Will be interesting to see what Sidon does for the rest of the week.
