SIDON ARRANGES $750,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sidon International Resources Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million units at a price of five cents per unit. The financing will comprise one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years, at the exercise price of 10 cents per share purchase warrant for the first year and 15 cents for the remainder of the term. The maximum allowable finder's fee shall be payable in connection with this private placement, in cash, shares, warrants or a combination of those options.
