No insider selling definetly is a good sign.

I believe the shares are going into strong hands and the strong hands are probably the ones who are going to do the private placement.

If no one was collecting shares the share price would be .01c

This is the base for now until news is announced, then the next leg up to around .08c to .10c in my opinion.

Remember Canaco went from .04c to .75 in a few months.
