I think you are right and I won't be surprised if the pp is already agreed to and my thoughts are between .05 to .07.

The market makers are shaking the tree hard to flush out the weak ones this morning as well the markets are off this morning and people are going to take their profits and sit on some cash to see where the market is going.

In my opinion I think Sidon would want to raise about a million dollars to close the option agreement and start exploration work and get the drills going right away.
