The Canadian Properties are crap and just that. That is the reason this split business is a waste of time and money. Bending needs to get busy and spend all that flow through money in Canada this summer, then sell those properties off. He would save himself a lot of TSX and lawyer costs on the split, plus the bonus that someone might even pay something for Borland Lake etc.
Be thinks it might be time for Bending to take a walk down the Shareholders Revolt lane come the next AGM.
