There is no money in the bank in this company. At the end of May they will be broke again except for some flow through money that can only be spent in Canada. They will need at least $1 Million in the bank before they can show a solid working budget to completer paperwork for the split. (Probably more like $1.5 Million)

If you want to start crying look at T-SSP (Sandspring Resources Ltd.) A relatively equal company to SMH with shares outstanding and location in Guyana. Only difference is the management and we all know what we have in SMH)

I would like to know why the heck Sandsping can get equipment into the country and be producing within a year and SMH can't get Rexma into the Marudi Mountain. Same old same old story, equipment has to clear customs, road to be built, Bending s_r_wing the pooch, just the usual.
