Sidewinder,
The management information circular lists Bendings salary as $166,034 for the last fiscal year.
Do you believe this is excessive for someone that has not delivered one single drill result? The $154k or whatever it was from the most recent financials have nothing to do with one management team in Guyana and one here, they have to do with management giving themselves too much money while not delivering any results for shareholders. That is shareholder money. That is money that should be being used to drill properties and deliver value to shareholders. When they come back to the market with a PP to raise funds do you think that money is going to be used to try to generate some results or is it just for management compensation? Given the recent track record of this company, I can't assume it is going anywhere other then Bending's bank account.
You believe holding the AGM in BC, on a holiday Monday for most of North America, DURING THE OLYMPICS, was management of this company being genuine? I have a bridge to sell you.
