You have a right to know everything about the financials about any public corporation whether you own shares in the company or not,but Agoracom's forum is not going to give you the answers. If you have any questions about their accounting then you should direct them to the company.

Your statement about the 154k. is rather silly as this is one reason why the company is splitting into two.You have the people-management and Consultants running N. Ontario and you have Management and Consultants running Guyana.The idea of two companies makes sense as then you have dedicated people and you raise money for those people to work in those particular areas.I would have thought that would be a positive and very obivious. In my company we are thinking of doing the same as we are in two distinct areas and have rather large land packages. This allows shareholders to back the area they wish to be a part of. Others that have done this[and some pushed by Shareholders to do this] are Rubicon;Fronteer; and Linnex. There are many others as well.

But I strongly suggest that you ask the question of where the funds are going .to the company because it is their job to tell you
