The news release on the SMH website does not show the number of shares and
warrants outstanding.

The copy you posted on Agoracom has information that you either added, in
which case you should disclose this when you post, or it is your very own
special copy from SMH, in which case it is called "selective disclosure" by
SMH.

All shareholders should be entitled to the same disclosure.

The last public release is 62,359,298 shares on January 8, 2010.

Your number has been increased by the 700,000 issued in last PP but that
does not let us know whether warrants have been exercised, stock options 
have been exercised, or whether the 250,000 shares due to Macdonald
Mines news released on November 4, 2009 have been issued, etc.

A financing is a significant event that requires SMH to disclose to us its
current share position.
