All this is great to consider however, if David Bending cannot complete on Sardine Hill with the owner signing off on the Letter of Intent it will be all but over. And if you knew the owner of that property this might be a job and a half. I would offer a sludge hammer up for David to use but I doubt if it would make the appropriate dent.
If there is a deal signed David (and Wallster) get a great big pat on the back and perhaps then we will see this stock perform upwards to the prices that these Farms Outs were financed at.
