Your concern is shared with others in this community. In my opinion, the MMI situation highlights managements lack of concern about shareholders other than themselves (JMO). It is very probable at this point that MMI shareholders will not see their shares in 2009 (JMO). Possibly never. So, the fact that there is an intent to do a split with SMH is a very REAL concern.

I don't think Bending is the type to leave investors out in the cold. I have confidence that he will do the right thing and list the new company ASAP. Having said that, right now we only have his word.
