I do agree that the AGM should be heald before the end of 2009.

And we should hold management accoutable.

But if it means that they get all there ducks in a row.

IE> Ready to split the company/not have to wait as long as DRV?MMI

Right after the AGM if it gets passed to list the new company

and find the partner with money. I would not be totally upset.

Saying all this it does not look good on management to delay the AGM
