I don't think SMH will do it the same way as MMG/DRV. Even David knows that people are worried about a new company listing date X years from the NR. Probably he will do it in such a way that there is minimal delay in trading.
Besides, with MMG they had the problem of the CEO never reporting his shares and the CTO being applied. Who knows if this is the reason as to why MMI is not listed. Maybe the OSC doesn't trust this individual. Regardless, in the case of SMH, there is NO CTO and no other orders.
