My understanding you get one new share for one DRV share. MMI

And SMH is going to do the same thing one new share of a new company

for one share of SMH. or they might decide on a different formula. We should soon see

when they send out the paper work for the AGM. Or make an updated news release.

David stepped down from DRV and this should separte from what they are doing

at DRV.
