Per the message below, is there still a plan on announcing the agreement this week? It would be nice to have something/anything concrete prior to the Investment conference.

We received the following reply from SMH management:

"The agreement will be announced next week.Mulgravian has agreements covering all of the deals we are doing in that district and this detail was not disclosed separately. The Mulgravian deal and another placement related to it are being finalized this week."
