Not sure who is Mulgravian Ventures? I believe they are close to management since they received a finder fee's for the private placement in October.

The comments by the CEO are interesting however I am not worried as SMH is doing everything possible to finance the company in this difficult market. They are doing a good job.

But SHM should disclose who is Mulgravian Ventures.
