David Bending presented on behalf of SMH and did a very good job outlining the projects on the go, but also to emphasize the company strategy of securing strong potential projects and then working to identify resources and attract partners. He mentioned the newly acquired Black Banana Project, and the high grade gold potential, and then suggested that a JV deal could be contemplated where the company gains cash in the transaction and exploration funding for part of their interest. We are already getting a sweet deal at Marudi with Rexma in a similar transaction.

Bending also pointed out that the objective is to seek additional funding to make it through the next year or so until the money starts flowing in from the alluvial mining by our partners. He is looking outside the box and considering alternative financing options to do this without diluting the share structure too much.
