The Tongo project is a Joint Venture between Stellar Diamonds Limited ("Stellar") and BHP Billiton. Following a re-organization of its diamond assets along with its AIM (MANA) and TSX-V (MNO) listed partner, Mano River Resources ("Mano"), SearchGold owns a 9.5% minority interest in Stellar.
