December 19, 2014, Vancouver – Saturn Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: SMI) (FSE: SMK) (“Saturn” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Apaton Finance GmbH (“Apaton”) for Investor Relations Services. Apaton is an experienced advisory and investment group with an office in Hannover, Germany. Apaton will assist the Company with corporate development, production of corporate investor materials and develop, manage and execute a comprehensive investor relations campaign.

Under the terms of the engagement, Apaton has been retained for a 2 year period at €5,250 per month and is subject to acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.
