My comment- It seems evident that not everyone is pleased with the possible development of Simba's Liberian coastal exploration properties. If this group of environmentalists (noted in the website above) can bring influence to the table regarding Simba's pending application for a PSA license, we should know shortly. Simba applied for the PSA last October and expects to recieve word of it sometime this month-Febr. 2011 from NOCAL , the Liberian government energy arm.
