Company CEO : James Rodgers , professional exploration geologist, who, while employed by Goldcorp some years ago ,was one of the staff geologists credited with discovering Goldcorps Red Lake Mine High Grade Zone "HGZ"

This one ,I believe, has not recieved a lot of attention & is not well known, but I also believe it has a lot of potential. Mega, at this point, is not a producer, but an explorer with three (3) ongoing projects:

1) Monument Bay- Manitoba- 100% owned - 150KM north of Rice lake probably the company's most advanced exploration project with noncomplaint 1.5MM ounces of gold at an average grade of + 5 grams/ton plus continuing ,ongoing drill exploration this winter to expand this resource. They expect to possibly develop two mines on this property within the next few years.

2) North Madsen Project- Red Lake Ontario- 100% owned-located on the western section of the Red Lake Complex- ongoing exploration project

3) Headway- Red Lake Project-100% owned- located just southwest of and directly adjacent to Goldcorp's Red Lake Ontario- "HGZ" Mine. Here the company is currently drilling two very deep diamond core drill holes in an attempt to find & prove the southern extension of Goldcorp's "HGZ" onto Mega property. This deep drilling- down to 9000 feet which has been ongoing since late summer is expected to cut across through the targeted mineralized zone within the next month . It is believed the company will wedge additional multiple exploration holes from the primary holes at the targeted depth. Subsequent drill results are expected to be released within one to three months. Company CEO Rodgers, former Goldcorp geologist, and a member of the team of geologists, who originally discovered the HGZ for Goldcorp years ago, believes this unproven extension is there. So far , according to Rodgers, retrieved cores from areas above the targeted zone show consistant geology with the HGZ
