Cougar doesn't have enough history behind it yet. There are no broken promises, no production numbers unmet, no employee options maturing, no drill holes to talk about. How long will it take before you could do some tecnical analysis after it gets listed. Worst of all we wouldn't be able to bitch about winkin blinkin and nod.
