wel looking bad

IM not sure how much longer I can support wel. I am feeling alot of despair with MEM and SNO going down the drain. does wel have what it takes? all we have is big purple elephants in the swamp and mmu spending 4 million the next 4 years. not sure if that is enough. what makes wel able to weather the storm?
