GRANT OF OPTIONS
Marum Resources Inc. has granted options to purchase 5.25 million common shares of Marum Resources to certain directors, officers and consultants. The options shall vest immediately and are exercisable at a price of 11 cents per share on or before Sept. 18, 2013. The options have been granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan, which was approved by the shareholders of the company at the annual general meeting held on May 27, 2008
