I hold a conciderable position in WEL now. One would say to much. Yes it was TD yesterday and for the past 2 month. I have averaged myself in at .11.

Now I sit and wonder where this price can end up. What is the potential? Looking at a long term chart I see it peaked at .80 Dec/06. Looking at it again people would say it looks horrible. I agree. The chart stinks. Even if draw lines it just looks ugly. That is why I bought. It cannot get much uglier than this. Now lets move this puppy up...
