MMU vs. WEL

San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
Both MMU and WEL are speculative plays...
They both have high-potential claims in the Bissett Area...
MMU does seem to have a closer relationship with SGR, that gives them a bit of advantage (JV for one, and Rick Boulay is on the SGR board).
WEL has other active projects besides the Bissett green-belt, so it has more diversity.
MMU has 94,041,652 outstanding shares whereas WEL has 51,315,972 at last report; advantage here for WEL.
Both have experienced CEO's....different styles....which one do you like better? That in itself, won't determine which one will win.
WEL has some unfinished litigation; it is not expected to amount to much, so probably not a factor, but then.....you never know.
But, it really comes down to which one will be able to come up with some good results that will build the value of the company and move the share price. We can't know that for sure....it could be either one. Either one could score big and go up 4X or 5X or more. Either one could languish and go nowhere with mediocre results....
By contrast, SGR has a producing mill and confirmed high-grade gold. SGR has a much stronger probability of a positive result. Sure the SP is 10X higher to start with , but likelihood of gain is much greater. With all the gold that they are finding there, I think it will be hard for them to not achieve a lot of upside.
My guesses (IMHO)
WEL 75% chance of a double
50% chance of a 4-bagger
20% chance of a 10-bagger
MMU 50% chance of a double
25% chance of a triple
10% chance of a 5-bagger
SGR 80% chance of a double
60% chance of a triple
30% chance of a 5-bagger
20% chance of an 7-bagger
These are just speculative guesses and I did not even specify a time-frame for achieving them....so don't stake much on them - just one man's opinion, for what it's worth.
