my thoughts on wel trading above mmu

1/ Share dilution is one thing.

2/ Land package is another.

The only thing MMU has that WEL doesn't is a JV with SAN. But WEL has one with MMU.

So what I am saying is that wel should be trading equal to of not more. Correct me if I am missing something?
