Investing requires a lot of patience. Look how long we had to wait on SGR in the $1.25 - $1.60 range until suddenly she pops and it was worth all the waiting.
Quiet times are often opportunities to accumulate at low prices. Then you wait... and wait...and maybe wait a bit more. Suddenly, poof!
