"I know I made the right play, just the "timing" was terrible! Although in hindsight, I should have "layed down" the KK's!"
Ruf, no way you can ever lay the kings down in that spot. You made a raise before the flop, he only called and on the flop there was nothing that he could've even been drawing to that would shouldve had you concerned. You play poker to get your money in with way the best of it and you had way the best of it before and after the flop. You were at least an 80% fav. pre-flop and over 90% on the flop. Can never lay that hand down, just a bad beat. I played in 05 on a seat won through a satellite and also lasted til the last half hour on the 1st day. Sucks but it was a great experience.
