10% ofthe debt is a big shift.

Wouldn't SGR need to file a document stating their intentions to buy the debt?

I like the idea of borrowing to buy the debt, especially if they are going to be close to making guidance and having some kind of steady cash flow. The share price would recover under a more favourable condition like that.
