Where will gold go - that is the key to SGR

SGR needs to have a recovery in gold price to take the heat off.

If they are starting to trend into higher grades at this point, there is some hope for SGR that they will remain solvent.

The problem is that no one knows where gold is going to go from here.

The US economy is starting to recover, the housing sector is recovering, the jobs market is starting to recover, or at least that is what they are telling us. That means that US monetary policy is going to take the foot off of the bond buying scheme.

We have another debt crisis on the horizon, and that will be the trigger for the market makers to go on a raid. Markets are going to correct within the first 2 months of the new year.

Where does that leave the POG? ^shrug^ - I don't know. And that is about as wise as any of us can be, at least I recognize that I don't know anything.
