at the end of Q2 they had 11,000 tons in low grade stock pile + 4,200 of blended , now it's down to 7,800 tons.

So why is the low grade stock pile not increasing, must be because they they can't get better grade ore to the mill for whatever reason. I think they sacraficed grade to get over 20,000 oz. They need to do both !!!

Ian, time to fire workers that are not performing, us shareholders have lost far to much equity waiting and hoping for better results.

Speaking of results, our exploration program for a few years now has had a poor batting average, sure you got the right people there ?
