that indicates a deal with bge and or a deal with an investor who is making a deal to take over sgr. what will you be offerd for your bge shares? what will you be ofered for your sgr shares. How long befor a deal is anounced? The 4 million $ was not for raising cash, but to screw you in the takeover deal .
