In my opinion, this deal almost assures us the company will either have a share consolidation or taken private/bought out.

I am sure they are trying to make sure they have cash for operations if the price of gold stays low (ironic, considering how gold did this week).

One thing we can count on, we will be kept in the dark until it is too late. Somehow I think I will be selling my shares before I get back to breaking even.
