Message: the AGM

I met Ian for the first time the month he joined the Company several years ago. I liked his approach and what he said back then. I've listened to his quarterly conference call and his first time doing the whole presentation and Q&A at the AGM (my 7th or 8th SGR AGM) He's well spoken, to the point, professional, appears competent (I'm not from the mining industry) not full of hype etc. I trust him and respect him enough to buy another 40,000 shares yesterday at $.10

Quite frankly, Dale Hugh, Ian, Kestur are all honest people and deserve some slack in the post GP era although I'm still pissy about his hire, his bonus portion of severence and his effect on the share price. That's history now, and I'll feel better when and if I forget about him.

Management and the Directors seem to be well focused on the important matters at hand, namely reduce costs, save cash, increase grade, focus exploration, raise the P&P in the 43101.

I honestly don't believe they want to sell out or merge with an equal and lose control over the good part of what they have accomplished in Bissett over the last 8 years+

Have they screwed up several times, no doubt, are they more humble now, yes, do they now want to increase shareholder value (which they rarely if ever state) I believe so. At least they're buying on the open market risking their own capital and showing confidence.

I understand milling grade is increasing (Ian told us June's number) just hope the tonnage isn't way down. They need to show consistent progress toward meeting their production and cost/oz forecast for 2013 and hope the gold price doesn't stay "low" for too long.

Ian believes (and I hope) they can get to cash flow positive on the bottom line by Q4. They have very strong motovation to do so as very few PM producing companies want to raise funds through convential financing means to fund operations.

It's going to be a nail biter for a few quarters until Management shows us what they have accomplished and the share price responds. The upside from $.10 is possibily very good, the downside from here is minimual.
