San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
Last month, Anonymous selling, Canaccord buying. They are unsecured but in the event of bankruptcy, debt holders rank higher than shareholders and the way this is structured, the latest debenture is on par with any other debt. My concern is if the debenture holders don't convert and want cash on redemption date which the company can't pay. That's close to $1.4 million a month(1000 ounces of gold) they need to come up with to service the debenture if there's no reason to convert. Hopefully they budgeted for this.
