Here let me take a crack at it:

A lot of what has happened to this share price is reflected in the confidence of the investor, both small and institutional.

When a junior company like SGR is making the transition from exploration to producer, the stock price is a reflection of confidence.

Confidence is earned by oversupplying information....not underreporting or reducing previous information flow.

When there is an abscence of information, you get manipulation. Private investors are just sitting ducks for this because most of us buy and sell on emotion.

It would seem that the market has no confidence in the management of this company and we are all going to suffer for it.

I am not sure if this is a play to take the company private, the debentures don't make sense to me either. I am nervous, but too stupid to sell at these prices.
