Board of Director Membership

The Corporation encourages Personnel to become involved in the community by volunteering with

community and non-profit organizations, provided the commitment does not impinge on the fulfillment

of job responsibilities or contravene this Code of Conduct in any way.

Conflicts of interest can arise when Personnel hold a material interest in, are directors of, or are

officers of another company if that company is a competitor of, or vendor of products or services to,

the Corporation.

Before accepting positions on the board of directors, or as an officer, of a for profit corporation that it is

in competition with or that is a major supplier of the Corporation, Personnel must first obtain the

approval, in writing, of the Chairman.
